The North Face 1st Annual Park and Pipe Open Series Drops In to Northstar® Resort and Waterville Valley

The North Face and Mountain Sports International are proud to announce The North Face Park and Pipe Open Series, a two-stop tour featuring ski slopestyle and halfpipe competitions. The North Face Park and Pipe Open Series kicks off January 6-9, 2011 at Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort in California and February 17-20, 2011 at Waterville Valley in New Hampshire.
Winter Trails Event Listings Grow in 2011

Winter Trails event listings are showing good growth coming into early December. By Thanksgiving, there were 45 events listed on the Winter Trails website with more coming in daily. The goal is to eclipse the 80 listed from last year.

The 2010-11 Utah ski and snowboard season got off to a sprinting start with over 96 inches of snow falling in the month of, what shall now be called, SNOWVEMBER. The past month’s snow has brought Utah’s season snow total to 138 inches with base depths as high as 67 inches.
